      Discipline means obedience to established rules. We live in society. We cannot do whatever we want to do. We are to abide by certain rules. Otherwise, there will be chaos and disorder in the society.
      Discipline is necessary in every walk of life. It  necessary at home, in school, in office and in army. Every member of the family should obey the head. Want of discipline will make the life of the family unhappy and disorderly.
      Discipline is the great importance at school. We cannot do and learn any thing if we do not obey the rules of the school. In the play ground, the players must obey the rules of the game. They must obey the captain. Players must bow down to the decision of the referee or the umpire.
       In public life, discipline is of great value. Discipline ensures peace and prosperity in the society. Indiscipline means chaos in the society. A government cannot run unless there is discipline among its staff.
       Discipline is of utmost importance in the army. Soldiers must obey the command of the superior officers even at the cost of death. They must not protest. They are to do and die.
       Discipline is the backbone of character. We should learn this habit from our childhood. We must be disciplined if we want to make our country prosperous.
